I’m a woman in my 30s, and over the past few years something has slowly shifted in me.
Around the age of 27, I stopped partying and started becoming more interested in how I actually feel — not just in the moment, but in my body long term. What gives me energy, what drains me, and what it really means to feel healthy. Not in an extreme or restrictive way, but in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and… a little elevated.
I’ve always believed that food is healing. But at the same time, we live in a world that doesn’t really make it easy for us to thrive. Our food has often traveled far, lost nutrients, and been exposed to things that were never meant to be in it. We are constantly stimulated, often stressed, and many of us lack real connection, purpose, or space to just be.
When I look around, I sometimes feel like a lot of people are just trying to hold it together. We smile, we function, we show up — but underneath there’s often something else. A kind of disconnection, or just a quiet exhaustion.
And I recognize that, because I’ve felt it too.
I’m not writing this from a place of negativity. I’m actually very grateful for my life. But I do think that many of us spend a lot of time avoiding ourselves. Scrolling, distracting, staying busy — instead of actually feeling what’s going on inside.
At the same time, life can be unpredictable in ways that are hard to understand. Someone close to me passed away not long ago, at only 41 years old. It happened fast, and like in many cases, there were no clear answers. It leaves you with questions that don’t really go away.
Why does this happen?
Is it stress, environment, food, something genetic — or a combination of everything?
We don’t always know.
And I’m not here pretending that I have answers.
But I do believe that the body is more intelligent than we often give it credit for. I think there are ways to support it — not to control everything, but to reduce some of the strain we’re constantly under.
For me, that has looked like exploring different things. Not in an extreme way, and not all at once, but gradually. Light therapy, recovery tools, herbs, skincare, gut health, small detox practices. Things that, in their own way, bring a sense of care, intention, and a more refined approach to everyday wellbeing.
Nothing replaces the basics.
Connection, nature, movement, a sense of purpose — those things are fundamental. Without them, no device or supplement really matters.
But alongside that, I do think there is space for tools that can help us feel a little better, a little more balanced, a little more like ourselves — and sometimes even bring a sense of calm, ritual, and quiet luxury into daily life.
This blog is simply a place where I share what I’ve explored, what I’ve found interesting, and what has supported me along the way.
My friends often ask me what I use, what I recommend, what actually makes a difference — and this felt like a natural way to share it more openly.
Not as a promise, and not as a solution to everything.
But as something that might bring a bit of clarity, inspiration, or support.
Because even if we don’t have all the answers, I don’t think we’re completely in the dark either.
And if there are ways to support the body — even gently, but with quality and intention — I think they’re worth paying attention to. Then remember, when you are not occupied with your routines and health and wellness gadgets, please fill your life with things you love. I dance salsa, work out, I walk in the forrest and just try to enjoy my life as much as possible.
